TROPICAL STORM WATCH CANCELLED FOR GUAM
Tropical Storm 23W tracks past Guam

At 2:00 p.m. (ChST) the National Weather Service (NWS) cancelled the Tropical Storm Watch for Guam in response to Tropical Storm (TS) 23W.  Based on the latest information, weather officials no longer expect TS 23W to be a threat for Guam. 

TS 23W made its closest approach to Guam earlier this afternoon and continues to move West-Northwest at 17 MPH away from the Marianas.
